Tom Groggin Station accommodation may only be purchased on line through the Tom Groggin Station website (http://www.tomgrogginstation.com.au)        ABN 54 147 489 754. By booking on our website you accept and are bound by the following terms and conditions. Purchasers must be over eighteen (18) years of age and must agree to purchase accommodation in Australian dollars. Tom Groggin Station is not responsible for any changes in international exchange rates or surcharges or fees your card issuer adds on to the price of purchase on our webiste.

Accommodation may only be purchased by credit card, debit card; either MasterCard or Visa. There is a booking fee of $20 per booking. You must be the owner/ holder of the credit card or direct deposit account holder used for your accommodation purchase. Pricing will be charged based on the current tarrifs or special offers at the time of booking and are not negotiable. 

Any booking cancellations must be made via the contact form on http://www.tomgrogginstation.com.au/content.aspx?St=true&pageID=3. Your booking may be transferred to a later available date, without incurring any monetary penalty excluding the booking fee, but this must be changed fourteen (14) or more days prior to the first night of your original booking.

To change a reserved booking first you need to cancel your original reservation, using the process outlined above and request the new dates you would like to change to.

If you fail to utilise the whole or part there of your booking we are not obliged to refund the purchase price in whole or part.

Tom Groggin Station keeps a full record of all property and its condition before and after bookings. Any loss, damage, theft or extra cleaning required due to the condition the accommodation or facilities are left in,  caused by you or any members of the party will be billed via your credit card or other means regardless of how the loss, damage or extra cleaning requirements occurred and including any cost of repairs and replacement. Details of the damage, loss or extra cleaning incurred and cost of repairs or cleaning will be emailed to you including the amount charged to you via your chosen form of payment. By booking you agree to pay via your credit card or other means for such losses or extra cleaning charge, and your details will be kept by a secure third party provider for such a purpose. If our loss or damage necessitate an insurance claim you will be liable to pay for the excess insurance payment. 

Tom Groggin Station uses a secure third party server and payment system to safeguard all information concerning your booking. We understand your privacy concerns and undertake not to share your personal details with any other organisation without your consent.

Animals are not permitted, except for Guide Dogs.

Hunting with Firearns or any other form of weapon is prohibited on Tom Groggin Station. 
Motorbikes are not permitted on Tom Groggin Station.

Third parties (such as Travel Agents) are prohibited from divulging any customer information. These persons, parties or organisations must abide by the terms and conditions of this web site. Third parties will be held responsible for any losses caused by the unauthorised disclosure of information including access codes and credit / debit card information.

You indemnify and hold harmless Tom Groggin Station for any loss you may incur as a result of your breach of the Terms and Conditions of our website.
Tom Groggin Station accepts no liability whatsoever, whether implied or otherwise and you agree to hold harmless, absolve and indemnify Tom Groggin Station from any responsibility, liability, damages, claims or expenses at all (including but not limited to legal costs), arising from any loss or injury suffered by you or any person in your travelling party, as a result of your use of the property.

Should any clause or part thereof of these Terms and Conditions be found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, then it is severed from this agreement, leaving the remainder in full force and effect, provided that the severance has not altered the basic nature of this agreement.
